Today your little Owster turned 2!! We had a {slightly} over the top birthday party for him yesterday {which I will post all about tomorrow} but today we just kept it low key and had a nice dinner at home, then I took him out for ice cream and to spend his birthday money from his great grandparents. He chose Monster's University cars as his birthday toy and carried them awkwardly in his arms while running to the check out counter at Target. It made me giggle to see him carrying these two toys that were half the size he is, but he did it with a smile on his face! He's an incredible little boy and I am so blessed to be his mommy! On our ice cream date he just laughed, and licked his fingers! I could tell he enjoyed the one on one time...and so did I! Here are some pics of our little birthday outing!

This is how our morning started...a happy birthday boy!
Then he got crabby when he realized that being the birthday boy did not mean he had a free for all on the milky buffet!
Colin tried to give him love but he tried to do a backwards head butt...thankfully Colin dodged it!
